What we collect - Order details: your name, email address, delivery address, delivery type and the items you order. We need these to process, ship and support your order. - Account details (only if you create an account): your name, email address and a protected (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password itself. - Messages: if you use the chat on this website, we keep your messages so our team can reply. Our team may receive them through a messaging app so we can answer quickly. - Payment information: card payments are made on PesaPal's secure payment page. Your card details are entered on PesaPal and never reach or are stored by Proximaxmotors. We receive only the payment result (for example: paid, failed, amount and payment method). For bank transfers we see the transfer details your bank sends us. - Product view counts: to show which products are popular, we count product views using a one-way code. We do not store your IP address for this. Cookies and similar storage - Necessary: cookies that keep you signed in to your account, and storage in your browser that remembers your bag and chat. These are needed for the website to work. - Advertising measurement: if we run Google Ads, this website may use Google's tag to measure when an ad leads to an order. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked for advertising by default. How we use your information - To take, deliver and support your orders, and to confirm payments. - To answer your questions. - To keep the website secure and prevent fraud. - To meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Who we share it with Only what each service needs to do its job: - PesaPal, to process card payments. - Freight carriers, to deliver your order (name, delivery address and contact details). - Our hosting and network providers, which run this website. - Google, for advertising measurement as described above. - Authorities, when the law requires it. How long we keep it We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to complete your order and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; some order records may have to be kept for legal reasons.
