These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Proximaxmotors. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our shipping, returns and payment pages, which are part of these terms. Products - We sell used and remanufactured engines, transmissions and related parts. Each listing describes the part, its condition and its fitment as accurately as we can. Photos may show a similar unit. - Before ordering, check that the part fits your vehicle (year, model, engine or transmission code). If you are unsure, contact us before you order. - Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for damage or costs caused by incorrect installation. Prices and payment - Prices are in US dollars. Freight and any tax are shown at checkout before you place your order. - You can pay by bank transfer or, when available, by card on PesaPal's secure payment page. - Placing an order does not mean payment has been received. For bank transfers, your order is confirmed once we have verified the funds. For card payments, once PesaPal confirms the payment to us. - If a price or listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full. Shipping - We ship by freight within the areas shown on our shipping page. Delivery times begin after payment is confirmed. - When your delivery arrives, inspect it before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and contact us right away. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds follow our returns policy, shown on our returns page. Warranty Every part comes with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. If the part is defective, contact us within those 30 days. Once we have confirmed the fault, we will repair or replace the part, or refund it. The warranty covers the part itself, not labor or other costs. Details are on our returns page. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
