30-day returns You can return a part within 30 days of delivery. - Contact us first to get a return approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may be refused. - The part must come back in the same condition we sent it: not installed, not taken apart, and with nothing removed. - The customer pays the return freight, unless the part was defective or not what you ordered. - Once we receive and check the part, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. 30-day warranty Every part comes with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. - If the part is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and describe the problem. We may ask for photos or a mechanic's report. - Once we confirm the fault, we will repair or replace the part, or refund it. We pay the return freight for a confirmed defective part. - The warranty covers the part itself. It does not cover labor, fluids, towing, rental vehicles or other costs, or damage from incorrect installation, overheating, lack of oil or coolant, or racing use. Damaged or wrong item Inspect your delivery before signing. If it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, note it on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it with the carrier.
